Beach Trip!!

The pups got to go to Island Beach State Park this weekend! While the water was FREEZING, it was so beautiful...nice and clear! This was a first time on sand for both of them but they enjoyed it :) OH and in case you can't tell by the pictures, miss scout is HUGE weighing in at a whopping 8.7 lbs (as of her deciduous teeth removal vet apt last wed.)!

  1. Beautiful beach pictures...both of you Chis are lovely. I really like the picture of Scout with her nose in the sand and I think it is Peanut jumping up in the air.

  4. OMG what wonderful photos!! You beat us to the beach darn it! LOL I'd love to get there soon but this week is looking like rain. Your pics will have to hold me over until we can get there. I hear ya about the beaches not allowing dogs after Memorial Day. Luckily we have one little beach that has no rules so we can go there when we'd like with the pups.

Anyway, amazing pics! I say it every time but your pups are GORGEOUS!! And Scout you monster you!! haha I can't believe she weighs 8.7lbs!! She looks like she is very short but long & "thick". But she is totally a low rider as you said before about Marley. He is still on the thin & trim side...needing to fill out a bit. He was 5lbs 10oz last week so he did finally put on a few oz. But they really don't look too much different in height & length...just body type! Scout looks like she has her Mama's figure. She is quite "thick" for the lack of a better word.

Again, gorgeous pics!! So glad seeing the pups & you having such a great beach day. :o)

  5. Sam, those are wonderful pictures! It looks like both pups had so much fun playing at the beach. That is so great. And I must say, you are very talented with a camera! I would love to know what sort of camera you shoot. :)
